Back on my workouts. Why? Determined to have a six pack so I can successfully do a bat hang problem at my climbing gym. And because ever since Europe I haven’t been able to the weight I gained during my vacation.
Food for the week.
- boiled eggs
- chicken breast
- spinach
- beans
- and wheat thins w/ tuna on the side.
